Wild Wine is sparkling wine made from flowers and berries rather than grapes. We combine British flowers and berries with pure Welsh mountain spring water and Champagne yeast, drawing on traditional country winemaking to create our Sparkling Elderflower and Sparkling Raspberry wines. Both are 8% ABV.

Our Sparkling Elderflower Wine is floral and lightly sweet, with fine bubbles, subtle notes of brioche and strawberry, and a clean citrus finish.

Our Sparkling Raspberry Wine is bright and juicy, with fresh berry aromas, natural fruit richness, gentle tannins and a drier finish.

Both are best served chilled.

Yes. Both wines are available as individual 75cl bottles or cases of six. We also offer a mixed case of six, containing three bottles of Sparkling Elderflower and three of Sparkling Raspberry.

Yes. Both our Sparkling Elderflower and Sparkling Raspberry wines are plant-based and gluten-free. Both contain sulphites.

Both wines are best served chilled. Enjoy them on their own, as an aperitif or alongside food. They also work beautifully in spritzes and sparkling cocktails.
