We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12pm on a working day will usually be delivered the next working day.

During particularly busy periods, including the run-up to Christmas, please allow up to 48 hours for delivery. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, as delays can occasionally occur once an order is with our courier.

Orders placed after 12pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Please make sure your delivery details are correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase alcohol from Mydflower. By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are at least 18.

Our delivery partners may request proof of age before handing over an order. If suitable identification cannot be provided when requested, the delivery may not be completed.

Christmas & Peak Periods

We recommend ordering early during Christmas and other peak periods. While we will always do our best to get your Wild Wine to you as quickly as possible, increased courier volumes can sometimes result in deliveries taking longer than usual.
